Week 12

I really like to eat my hands, and I try to shove them both in my mouth at the same time.
I also like to talk...I haven't figured out mom's and dad's words, but I sure do have a lot of my own!

Dad and I like to hang out on the couch and watch TV

Sometimes, I get too tired, and I just need to sleep.

Mom and Dad and I went to San Diego to celebrate their 3rd Anniversary. We stayed downtown in the new Hilton Bayfront.

I think this bed will be just fine for me...I'm not sure where mom and dad are going to sleep :)

Yum, this fist is just so delicious.

Dad and I are having a little chat.

He is so funny!!!

Mom is enjoying the view of downtown from our hotel room.

The sunset over San Diego Bay was beautiful.

We went out for a nice morning walk by the bay. The Coronado bridge was just south of our hotel.

All these years in San Diego and mom and dad had never been on the USS Midway, so they decided to take me.

They were charging 20 bucks for a picture of us in front of this plane, so we just walked around the other side and took one for free... :)

I'm not sure what dad or I did, but somehow we ended up in the brig!

I sure do have it the Easy Way!!!

Mom took me in the cockpit of this fighter plane, but I think I could handle it myself.

Dad and I were having a great day!

This plane was from the USS Constellation, but we saw it on the USS Midway.

It was really windy all the way up on the bow, but it was a great view of North Island and the bay.

A nice man offered to take this family photo for us.

Mom and me on the Midway with the control tower behind us.

We went to the Field for dad to have a Pint. I was the star of the show. Everyone in this place was admiring me, and all the waitresses were telling us how cute I am.

Mom and I were having a little chat in the morning.

Back home, it was time for my 12 week and 1 day photo.

Week 11

We finally took dad surfing as part of his father's day gift. He hardly ever goes anymore, now that he's married and has a kid (at least that's what he claims...). We went to Bolsa Chica State Beach and bought a year long parking pass, so now he can go back all the time!!

Mom and Sean enjoyed the early morning beach weather.

What a beautiful day to hang out on the sand...

...and take a nap :)

My nice little shaded napping area.

Mom and Dad are proud that they can still get out on the beach with one trip from the car. Just wait until next year when I want to bring all my beach toys :)

11 weeks old today!

My first time swimming in the pool with dad. I liked splashing like I do in the bath tub. I didn't want to stay in very long, but it was fun for a while.

All tired out from a fun in the sun weekend.

Dad and I are having a little conversation

Dad is joking, but I am very serious...

If you prop me up just so, I can hold my bottle by myself!!!

Guinness likes to come over and say hi every now and then.

Sometimes, early in the morning, I am very talkative. As soon as the video camera turns on, though, I get stage fright and clam right up. I sure don't want to be caught saying anything embarrassing!! :)

Sean is a morning person...like dad

Week 10, 4th of July in San Diego

Thanks to Cookie and Amy for being so generous, we were able to spend the long holiday weekend in San Diego.

We started the weekend on Thursday by going to my very first Padres game. I slept through most of it, but did enjoy a couple of innings.

Thanks to Uncle Paul, we had really great seats.

Since I don't have any Padres gear yet, Dad thought my Chargers onesie would be close enough...

My first Padres game ... just waiting for the bees to leave.

I'm nice and full, but mom and dad can't wait for their Cotijas burritos.

Mom's getting pretty good at holding me and eating at the same time...even a big breakfast burrito!!

Ahh, This is the life...

The water is still a little chilly, but I loved sticking my toes in it!!

Dad and I were being patriotic at Dale and Alisa's Annual 4th of July bash

Hanging out with the Kopps at Dale and Alisa's. Shortly after this, I got tired and decided it was time for mom and dad to take me home. We watched fireworks from the balcony of Cookie and Amy's (well, mom and dad did. I slept through it).

Since we were in San Diego on my 10 week birthday, this is my 10 week and 2 days picture!
